The location is excellent. We were on Shabbat very close to the synagogue. The fridge, microwave, stove, and kitchen utensils were all present. The shower wasn’t clean; there were hairs on the wall. We did laundry in the guest washing machines. We asked for one wash and one dry cycle; they sold us twice and wouldn’t accept the extra vouchers back or give a refund.

Our room was never cleaned during our stay. I asked for extra towels, but they never arrived, and I had to call the front desk again to get them. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. When I questioned the lack of housekeeping, the front desk staff couldn’t explain why our room hadn’t been cleaned. Even after I complained, the room was still not cleaned the next day.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The HVAC was hard to control; we could either run it and feel too cold or lower the temperature and find the room quite stuffy.

The room was clean and spacious. It’s quite expensive. The breakfast didn’t really live up to the price. Walking gets you nowhere; a taxi or rental car is recommended.
