The hotel is excellent, with generous breakfasts and a very courteous staff. Although it’s a bit outside the centre, the train station is only 25 minutes away. The sound insulation is relatively poor, and street noise could be heard in the rooms.

The location is very good and the staff are very friendly. If you have a lot of luggage, avoid rooms on the top floor because the elevator doesn’t reach them.

The hotel sits in a central spot in Stuttgart, just a 10‑minute walk to the city centre, and you’re also close to major transport stops (bus, tram, metro). My room was fairly roomy and the staff were very helpful. The bathroom was a bit small, especially the raised shower which was low; at 170 cm I could touch the ceiling with my arms. The shower doors were mobile, so a lot of water leaked into the bathroom regardless of how I set the walls. Another German quirk: even though the room was listed as a double, they served two single blankets instead of one.

The location is fine and the staff were nice and helpful. Cleanliness was acceptable but could have been better (hair in the bathroom). In the evenings it was often very loud from outside, and inside the rooms were also very noisy.
