The house was huge, spotless, and pretty, but we hit a lot of snags. There was no fishing, a sign saying the island was off limits, and the mini‑golf was unusable. We were told the caretaker had no horses – only a mare that couldn't be ridden – even though we paid extra for horseback riding, and after the owner promised to sort it out, nobody followed up.

This place was amazing from the moment we arrived – great location, every little detail was spot on. The host was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond for us. We felt a sense of peace and even felt closer to nature and God. Honestly, there were no downsides; we just wish we could have stayed longer.
