There was no coffee in the room, only a machine, and when I asked about it I was told it was out and on order. The bathroom had a dirty counter and toilet, and the towels were worn out. I had to get my keycard reprogrammed twice.

We arrived at 7 pm on the 2nd and were told we could stay two nights, but an emergency call forced us to leave before midnight. I thought we’d only pay for one day and the front desk said we wouldn’t be charged for both, yet the bill shows both days.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was healthy, but we found bed bugs and the hallway had a strong smoke scent.
