Communication with this place was a nightmare from the start - they couldn't access their account, so we had to use WhatsApp. Then, they told me the room I'd paid for was sold out, and they could only offer a lower category. Things got really weird when they asked me to send a photo of myself holding my ID card, which didn't seem necessary. When I mentioned I'd look into it further, their WhatsApp suddenly went dark, and I decided it was too suspicious to proceed with the booking.
