Located near Serlesbahnen winter sports area, it features a spa with indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam bath. The hotel offers various sports activities, a restaurant with fine wines, and a daily program of activities. Nearby ski areas include Serlesbahnen and Schlick 2000, with Stubai Glacier a short drive away.

Everything was excellent—breakfast, lunch, location, and the staff were fantastic.

The hotel is large, and there’s nothing negative to mention.

The room was super clean and spacious, but only one side of the bed had a socket, there was no air conditioning, and the bathroom had no ventilation. Breakfast was standard with no fresh juices, no fresh spreads, very little vegetables and fruit. Given that the hotel is marketed as a 4‑star property, these shortcomings should be taken into account.

The staff were very friendly, the food was tasty, the family room was nice, and the wellness facilities were all in order! The only downside was that a kettle in the room would have been welcome.
