At 5 am large waste bins were dragged up a cobbled alley next to our room for at least an hour, then the noise continued as they were brought back to the hotel. An air‑conditioning vent hanging out of the window was open, worsening the noise. Being woken at 5 am with that level of noise negatively affected my life and work the next day. A very friendly waitress was present, but overall the staff—especially the floor manager—were not that friendly or accommodating.

The staff were amazing and super friendly, turning the stay into a joy and fussing over our dogs at dinner; the food and bedroom were also awesome. Thank you for a lovely evening.
