The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was good. We told the lodge we’d arrive at midnight, but they claimed 24‑hour reception. False. We were left on the street at 3:30 am. We wanted to switch hotels, but it was a holiday, everything was full, and we didn’t have time to search with bags in hand. Not recommended. The guest care was absurdly indifferent.

The lodge is organized, pretty, clean, and well laid out, and the breakfast is varied with classic lodging items plus regional North‑Brazilian specialties. The staff are attentive, polite, and met our needs. The village area is calm and quiet, and parking is easy both at the lodge (which has a lot) and on the street without major hassle. The air‑conditioning didn’t cool well enough; despite being clean, it wasn’t sufficient for the room size to fully chill.
