The staff were fantastic—everyone from reception to the cleaning ladies, all very friendly and chatty. Cleanliness was ignored: the toilet and sheets were fine, but towels were stained, dust was everywhere on shelves, the TV, and even the tiny shower vent, and there were spider webs too.

Breakfast and the bed’s comfort plus the bathroom facilities were good. The hotel needs its carpets refreshed.

Nothing positive. The place was dirty, no AC, no fork, no water, the alarm rang at 2 a.m., staff were unfriendly, there were spider webs, a dead cockroach, awful breakfast, very filthy, stains on the mattress—nothing worked.
