Good location, clean, welcoming staff – especially the Italian receptionist who gave me great local tips. I didn’t like the room on the street level. Inside, there were many noises from outside, and I found it impossible to even open a sliver of the curtain because the window faced the street. A room like that on any other floor would have been worth the price.

“It was a nightmare do not stay here”

For $180 I paid for a room that was next to a very loud walking sidewalk, an outdoor restaurant and bar, and the noise was unbearable. I also found several massive cockroaches, and the staff only offered free breakfast but did nothing else; they suggested I move to another room, which would have cost me an additional fee. The place felt like a dungeon where I could hear conversations outside; overall a very bad experience and they didn’t help at all. Do not stay here.

The hotel is well‑located and clean. I called multiple times to report a lost item left in my room, but I could not reach anyone and ended up giving up on it.

“Agréable séjour mais des choses à améliorer”

The location is very central and the room is spacious and well equipped. The view shows a paved square and a line of trash containers, which is a shame because the balcony is small but charming. The door insulation is weak; I could hear the cleaning ladies speaking loudly at 9 am.
