The hotel was clean, smelled nice, felt safe, and the parking was great. The pool was nasty, with strong chlorine, cloudy water full of bubbles, so I avoided swimming; later that night the staff told us they had run out of towels and handed us hand towels instead.

Parking was easy, but the door locks didn’t work; each time we arrived someone had to let us in, and they didn’t even confirm our names a few times, which was a major safety concern. I tried to get reimbursed through the hotel, but they said it had to be done and never replied.
