The stay at the guesthouse turned out to be a real success. The room was spotless, featuring a large, comfortable bed, a tidy bathroom, and air‑conditioning. A major plus is the brilliant spot near Lubianka Lagoon. Sleeping there was very enjoyable, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for peace and rest close to the lagoon. On the downside, there’s no kitchen in the room, though a kitchenette is available on the corridor, and the room is a bit small. The size is still plenty for two people, and we were already aware of these points before arriving.

The place is nice, the room is clean, and it comes with air‑conditioning and a fridge. There’s also a shared kitchen and a large sitting area just above the rooms. The downside is that it’s near the lake but 4 km away from the city centre.
