The Ritz staff were truly exceptional. Karim stood out as an amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and comfortable, even taking us on a city tour that opened up a whole new side of Alexandria I hadn’t known before. He was attentive, thoughtful, and extremely helpful, and his colleagues were friendly, efficient, and equally committed to our comfort.

Everything from the service to the food, price, view, and location was flawless, and the price I paid was exactly worth it. Next time I’ll definitely choose this spot in Alexandria, even though there are some rumors about the area near the sea, which is normal for that location.
