The location, size, and friendly staff were good, but the refrigerator froze everything, and the few kitchen tools and service items were insufficient for a family of four.

The location was good, but the cleanliness was lacking and the furniture was very old.

Breakfast was good, with everything you needed, plenty of food that was constantly refilled and staff asked about preferences. There was no room service for the three days I stayed, and no on‑site contact person. On Saturday a party with music went on until very late, so loud that sleeping was almost impossible; it would have been nice to lower the volume after midnight.

The building is old but features beautiful high ceilings, an inviting staircase and tasteful décor, with a good parking space behind it. The rooms are very large, clean, offer plenty of storage, a kettle, coffee/tea selection and are pleasantly quiet. Several restaurants are within walking distance, ranging from 600 m to 1.4 km. A big fridge stocked with cold drinks is available and the breakfast buffet is generous and varied. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return. The only drawback is the limited number of power outlets, which is typical for an older property.

We arrived a few hours before check‑in on a motorcycle and asked if we could leave our luggage early. Since the room was already ready, we were allowed to move in and then head into town in comfortable clothes. That was very courteous. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and the staff remained friendly throughout. We really enjoyed the stay. The building is old but has its own charm.
