The spot was perfect, a total hush‑zone. The room had little electric light, but everything else was there and the bed was super comfy, plus the bathroom was fully equipped.

The location was ideal for the Maremma nature reserve – calm and quiet – the owners were discreet and non‑intrusive, and the place was clean with air‑conditioning. The only downside was a bit of dimness in the room during the evening hours, but it wasn’t a big deal; opening the window let in enough sunlight to make up for it.

There’s no breakfast, but everything else is great. It sits nicely in open countryside, very quiet, and the car spot is covered. The bedroom has climate control, a fridge and a TV, and the service is excellent.
