The breakfasts were very tasty and generous, the vibe was calm, and the hotel staff were professional and friendly.

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful; the on‑site restaurant served tasty food and the whole stay felt snug. The only downside was that the room had no heating and it was freezing in San Ramon, so you’ll need to bundle up if you’re visiting in winter.

I had a pleasant stay at this family-run hotel, where the staff were warm and welcoming. The facilities were spotless and the atmosphere was peaceful, making for a restful getaway. However, I did notice that the furniture in my room was somewhat sparsely arranged, leaving it feeling a bit empty despite its generous size. Additionally, I observed that the staff would retire for the night, which I suppose was a bit inconvenient.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and made a great impression from the start. I also appreciated the quality of the breakfast and the spaciousness of my room. Unfortunately, there was no negative feedback provided, so I can only assume that the hotel's high standards were consistent throughout my stay.
