They handled a payment problem on my end with great flexibility and even offered a free upgrade to a room with a window view, automatic curtains, and a gorgeous view. The projector for movies/TV was available, and the place was clean and quiet.

The hotel is well‑located in downtown Chongqing, and the room’s view of the city center was amazing. The room was comfortable and fully equipped, and having a laundry service is a real plus. Aside from the room, there’s not much of a hotel experience, with little interaction with staff and the front desk. The windows were dirty, which may have marred the view experience.
