The service was outstanding, and the facilities at this hotel were very satisfying. The front desk staff, Dewi and Abu Sufian, were helpful and very friendly. The hotel management deserves kudos. I wanted to store food in the fridge, and they generously allowed me to use the hotel lobby fridge in the beverage area. Thanks. Everything else—service, friendly staff, complete facilities, and reasonable rates for a 3‑star—was excellent.

Nothing. The bedsheets were horrible, the floor was not clean at all, the bathroom looked a post-Hiroshima war bunker, the air cond was dysfunctional, the light switch routing was horrendous, the room smelt like sweaty dogs, the air was dusty, the wallpaper was horrible, the hotel itself was not advertised honestly, we didn’t know it was an OYO hotel until we reached there. The room was so bad we had to change rooms 4 times and there was an issue in every room. Horrible “hotel”

My friends said the staff is so Nice, Morning staff is so good in giving directions that one name Daus I think and he's nice, that Chinese lady also Nice, the Room is Totally clean, I've once also Stay in this hotel 1 year ago, very good. So I Recommended my friends. Nothing

The receptionist was good and the location was great, but there was a flaw that made me feel uneasy.
