The location is great and the hotel is clean. It’s very noisy; the building is huge so elevators are always slow and other guests aren’t very considerate, making it loud. Parking costs a steep $26 per night and there’s no cheaper alternative.

The spot was super convenient and the beds were amazing. Staff were helpful, but the room above us was loud, especially at night, so the rooms aren’t very sound‑proof. We were also upset about an extra parking fee, which we thought was included in the booking description.

The hotel’s location in Whistler is good. There’s no breakfast, it’s a dog‑friendly place, and the rooms were quite dirty. The carpets had stains and the rooms smelled unclean.
