I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with directions to a nearby supermarket and even informing us when my father's shirt went missing. However, the hotel's management seemed to be lacking in understanding of the concept of a syariah-compliant hotel, as our room was quite small and difficult to pray in, with no clear indication of the qibla direction.
