I booked just for an overnight stay, and it was comfortable for me. The room was a bit small but very tidy. It isn’t a luxury stay, but it was comfortable. The location is great, the host was very helpful, and the lounge facilities were good. Overall, a budget‑friendly option for a short stay. Cheers

The front desk guy was friendly and kept checking in to see if I needed anything, which made me feel safer as a solo female since the check‑in text had said the place was unmanned. The room locks felt solid, and the location was spot‑on for what I needed; extra towels and bathmats were a nice touch. The damp smell was overpowering, so I had to buy air freshener, and the lighting was too dark. Because I was on the ground floor, I couldn’t open the blinds without risking someone looking in, and the blinds left a 5 cm gap on each side so anyone could see right into the bed. After the first night when streetlights flashed through that gap, I had to block it with a towel and coat to sleep. The room was clean on the surface—fresh sheets, wiped‑down loo and sink—but everything else seemed in need of a deep clean and refresh. Earplugs are a must if you’re easily awakened, not just by the road but also by corridor noise and doors slamming. The check‑in process was a mess: the link they sent didn’t work, so I was sent to an AI chatbot and spent hours back‑and‑forth, with the chatbot insisting the property was unmanned and that I wouldn’t get a room code. In the end a staff member checked me in, making the whole online process pointless.

Very clean and modern. The room had no bathroom, but one was very close by and private. Most rooms do have bathrooms, but I missed that feature.

The price and location were great, the bed was clean, and the shower was clean and hot. The automated check‑in didn’t work; when I rang the number they gave me a PIN for the wrong property. The room was dated but clean and tidy. If your name contains an apostrophe, the automation never works because it doesn’t accept it.
