Hotel Real Cruzilia

The room was spotless when we arrived, and the location was great. We stayed for two nights but the room was never cleaned again. The window had no glass, just a metal cover, which was different from the photos on Booking.

The stay was pleasant and met expectations; breakfast was very good, the environment was clean and pleasant, and the staff were attentive. The room’s air conditioner didn’t work, so we had to use a fan instead, but it wasn’t that hot, so it met the need.

“Excelente!”

The room matched the photo, was very spacious and comfortable, and was right in the city center. The staff who attended us were very cordial and polite. We loved the breakfast, with local and homemade products. The highlight was the little cheese cake made by Selma. We asked if she sold it, and she said she only makes it for the hotel. However, we were surprised to receive a few units as a gift at the end of our stay. That Minas Gerais hospitality is incomparable, as always. We found the gesture very sweet and were very grateful.

“Boa cama e silêncio ajudaram a ter uma noite de descanso para seguir viagem.”

Silence. The bathroom is cramped, has no hangers for towels and clothes, and lacks a place to hold personal hygiene products on the sink.
