“Excellent but not perfect (poor sound insulation)”
The place was extremely clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff were great, and the pool was superb. However, we could hear our next‑door neighbor talking until 1‑2 AM, which made it hard to sleep; the noise was not loud but they stayed awake every night, likely because our room was joined to theirs by double doors with no sound insulation. On the first night we were assigned a room with a nearly unacceptable bathroom that had almost no counter space, which was very inconvenient, but the staff helped us move to a room with an acceptable bathroom counter, which we greatly appreciated.
When we arrived and checked in, one of the reception staff behaved inappropriately—desperate, uncultured, arrogant, and very bad—and there was no place to complain; I’ve never experienced anything like this in any other hotel worldwide.

The property is surrounded by greenery with a sea view and a wonderful pool. The staff are excellent, kind, available, and very smiling, especially the girls at the pool bar. There is nothing that cannot be liked.
