I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel, starting with the check-in process. The staff seemed completely unhelpful and refused to let me in, claiming that I needed to pay more than what was shown during the booking process. This was not only frustrating but also left a bad taste in my mouth. The whole ordeal made me question the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction.
