The spot right by the sea, the fantastic welcome, the host’s availability, and the shared kitchen equipment exceeded our expectations. The windows look out onto a busy passage, and there’s no luggage support.
The apartment is nice, clean, and comes with a washing machine—very handy for travel. It’s a short walk to the beach and a small pine forest that provides plenty of natural shade. The owners and niece are very friendly, helpful, and understanding. Unfortunately, a railway line runs about 20‑30 meters from the back garden, with several trains passing every hour, even at night, so we decided to stay only one night instead of four.

The location is excellent, close to the pine forest, and the room is spacious, well furnished, and spotless. Free street parking is a short walk away, and the owner is helpful; the outdoor patio is pretty. The breakfast is in a nearby affiliated bar, which I might have preferred elsewhere, but that’s just personal taste.
