“best location”

The location is the best, close to commercial streets and near La Plaka. The hotel itself feels a little bit old.

The only thing that was good was the location. The room’s cleanliness was unacceptable for the price we paid: the carpet had stains, there was a dirty piece in the bathtub that we couldn’t even identify, and the bathroom didn’t feel properly cleaned. The most disturbing issue was the ventilation vent; the inside and surrounding area were covered in heavy black grime and mold-like growth, as shown in the photos. While some cleaning shortcomings can be tolerated in a hotel room, having a system that directly supplies air to the room in such a state is a serious hygiene problem. At this price point, I expected basic cleaning and maintenance standards to be much higher. No matter how good the location is, after experiencing this level of hygiene, I would not choose it again and I don’t think we received value for the money we paid. We stayed for two horrible nights and I would have asked for a refund.

“Never stay here again”

The location is perfect. That’s about it. The reception staff were rude, and the rooms offered were below par for the hotel’s quality. The room opened onto a generator that was loud and could be heard all night. The door wouldn’t close unless you pulled it physically. After a day out, we came back and the door had been left open by the cleaning staff. This hotel’s standards have dropped over the year.
