The front desk staff on check‑in day were friendly, welcoming, and gave excellent service, leaving a good first impression despite the room’s poor condition. However, the staff on the second day failed to resolve the problems even after I politely asked for help. I was disappointed that my concerns were ignored, especially after explaining how uncomfortable the room was. I expected better service and a more effective response to ensure a comfortable stay. After checking in, we decided not to stay because the room was unpleasant and made it impossible to rest. We then asked for assistance and a refund, even though we had not used the room, but the hotel denied our request without any flexibility, understanding, or consideration. This was extremely disappointing and unfair, forcing us to find alternative accommodation. The hotel should have shown better customer service and goodwill instead of refusing our request without proper consideration. This experience has heavily impacted my overall view of the hotel, and I hope they review my case fairly and help me get a refund. The room had a strong, unpleasant musty smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The pillows smelled sour and unhygienic, making it difficult to rest comfortably. The lighting was very dim, creating an unpleasant atmosphere, and the TV was not functioning properly, adding to my frustration. Overall, the room was far below my expectations and did not provide a comfortable or relaxing environment. I was extremely disappointed with the room conditions, as they significantly affected my comfort and overall stay.

We were really happy with our two‑night stay! The facilities were complete, the room was clean, comfy, and well‑maintained. The receptionist was friendly, helpful, and polite the whole time. Parking was easy to get to. There’s a pool, but we didn’t get to use it. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it! 👍 The bedsheets had a slight odour, but everything else was clean and well‑maintained.
