We couldn’t even get there because there were no clean rooms, and they never refunded us; they were completely uncooperative about confirming my reservation, so we lost our money. The staff were awful.

Nothing at all. I was scammed…!! I booked this place but never checked in. The host took my money and told me it was already booked. I need a refund.
