The place was spotless, the welcome staff were courteous, the breakfast was well prepared, they paid attention to little details, and the garden was lovely. The parking was inconvenient because the hotel is in a central spot, but otherwise the property itself is nice.

The host was very friendly, breakfast was perfect, the room and bathroom were clean, and we were just a few steps from the city centre, which we really liked. Massa is a romantic city.
