Quiet, clean, and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good.

I booked a twin room and found the table and chairs very handy; the large public bath was excellent, and breakfast was very generous. However, someone had turned a shelf in the bath area and left an unfamiliar bag in the empty spot, which felt a bit intrusive, and I think the staff could improve how they handle crowds.

The large bath was open until 2 am, and I could also use it in the morning, which was great. The staff were friendly. Breakfast had many varieties and was very tasty, especially the green smoothie. I want to book again for the next Toyohashi Festival. The reception did not understand my request for immediate check‑in. I was scheduled to check in around 10 pm, but when I went to the front desk to drop off my luggage, they asked, “Is this for tomorrow morning?” and I couldn’t explain. In the end I was able to check in on the spot, which was fine. Even with that issue, I think I stayed at a very good hotel.
