“Mitten im Paradies- ein Geheimtipp abseits vom Massentourismus”
What a shame it’s a bit far to drive… We spent three gorgeous days that felt like paradise, total peace, a pool shaded by palms, and everything we could possibly need. It’s a little cooler than Lagos (30 °C by car) and a frequent breeze makes it very pleasant. The wonderful host welcomed us warmly and was always available, and even our dog felt right at home without any extra charge. We stayed in an apartment with a kitchenette that had an induction cooktop and a fridge with a freezer compartment, plus there’s a large communal kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, etc., all decorated with great care. At first the Wi‑Fi only reached the main building, but they gave us a signal booster for the room and the connection was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The beach isn’t far, though you have to walk along a narrow road where a few cars pass. There are two rooms with terraces in the main building, two apartments each with a terrace by the pool, and four private parking spots. Lidl and Aldi are in the nearby village, and Intermarché is in the closest town. What more could you want? Just dive in!
The listing didn’t show pictures of the rooms, so I was thrown into “cold water” and ended up pleasantly surprised! One thing to note: a few mosquitoes are constantly buzzing around despite the nets, the breeze, and the “plug‑in repellents” (Rapid or similar). I’d suggest adding a mosquito net to the terrace door as well.
