The check‑in and check‑out staff were friendly, the room was nice and spacious, and the location suited my needs. A complimentary water bottle, a safe, and a comfortable chair were all useful. A kettle would have been nice for tea or coffee in the evening. The bed felt too firm, the buffet breakfast was subpar, and the bakery next door offered better options if you ordered directly there.

There was a scheduling mistake entirely on our end, but a very friendly lady at the reception sorted it out in just a few minutes. The hotel itself is very good and modern, my room was huge and had a fantastic shower. A large bottle of mineral water is free and there’s a minibar with reasonable prices. Even though it’s almost instant to reach from the highway, the place is very quiet. And it’s very pleasant: parking is free, which isn’t common in a city of 190,000 people. The weather was bad, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
