The place was warm and welcoming, clean and tidy everywhere. Breakfast was the best meal in Blackpool, abundant and tasty, with many options. Nothing else to add.

The breakfast was amazing, and the hosts were brilliant; nothing was too much trouble, especially the welcome cup of tea. Nothing else to add.

It was nice, the staff were friendly, the place was close to the centre and clean. I was travelling alone on my motorcycle, and the couple who own the property kindly offered me secure parking if needed; the room I occupied was really small but sufficient for my one‑night stay.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, the staff were very friendly and always ready to help, and the setting is quiet yet not far from the city center.

The hotel is fantastic, with a superb location; owners Sue and Tony were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble—highly recommend, especially for the amazing breakfast.
