The hotel was spotless, and the staff were enthusiastic and eager to help! Bangkok’s flooding cancelled our originally planned airport shuttle, but the staff found us a replacement, which we really appreciated. The address listed by Booking was incorrect, which caused a mix‑up when we first tried to order the shuttle.
