Lovely place very clean have recommended to my family for when they visit. Nothing it was perfect

Nothing good, everything bad: mold and mildew, the smell, dust, rust.

The room had everything needed and was a good size with a king‑size bed and a bunk bed. The location is perfect, close to the cinema, beach pier, and shopping strip, so I would definitely stay again. The bathroom was a bit small for a plus‑size girl, but I just fit in, and the corridor to the room is thin, though that’s just my issue; the rest of the family found it fine.

The place sits in a great spot, the housekeeper was lovely and helpful, and the room even had a balcony. However, the wooden single‑glazed door to the balcony lets street noise in loud, cigarette burns appeared on the bed linen—when I showed them to the manager, he denied they were burns, but I’m sure they were and I told him I don’t smoke so I shouldn’t be blamed. I attached photos that show the burns, which he claimed weren’t burns. The shower head is too large and, with limited water flow, it dribbles, making it hard to shower. Two sachets of shower gel and a small bar of soap are not enough for two adults over four days, and the two cheap toilet rolls were barely usable; I had to bring extra rolls because I’ve had this issue before. The bed mattress is terrible and uncomfortable; I saw a review saying it had been fixed, but it wasn’t. The four‑poster bed’s cheap frame rattles when you move. There’s no shelf in the shower cubicle to hold gel or soap, so you have to keep leaving the shower to put it on the sink unit; the shower room and toilet floor stay very wet after two showers because there’s no floor towel. Lighting is poor—both the ceiling light and bedside lamps provide very little light. It’s a shame because the location is great, but the property isn’t being maintained and seems to be deteriorating.

Everything was great—the bed was very comfy and didn’t squeak or break when my partner gave it a good squeeze. It was perfect.
