“Tệ”
The gardening staff were friendly, but the room attendants and front desk weren’t. I stayed three days and the room was never cleaned even though I went down to the front desk. Calling the hotline was a dead line; there was no phone in the room even though it was far from the front desk. When I was heading out at 9 pm, the gate was closed without any notice; I had to call the hotline to get it opened. The trash and bathroom areas weren’t cleaned for three consecutive days. The surrounding amenities were old and worn out.
