The hotel's location right by the beach and its vibrant atmosphere were definite highlights of my stay.

“Definitely should be offered some kind of compensation”
Breakfast wasn’t included. We couldn’t stay at the hotel we booked and weren’t told until we arrived that the hotel was closed for renovations; reception tried several times to inform us.
“Horrible!”
I wanted to stay at the property I booked, but they shut the hotel down on the day I arrived and didn’t inform me. I ended up in a horrible hotel that didn’t offer the same amenities I had booked, and my family was split into two separate rooms—an outright terrible experience. Communication was lacking.
“Bullshit”
Everything was a disappointment.
The rooms were outdated and the linens were old and stained.
The spot was great—right in the middle of everything, and the bar and barbecue were really impressive. The room felt a bit stuffy, probably because of the old HVAC; maybe the vents need a clean‑up.
