The receptionist was really cute and helpful! The room was quite spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view. A big plus: a 7‑11 is right in front of the hotel.

“Bad attitude, nice acommodation though”

At check‑in we were asked to pay a deposit for an extra room key, even though we explained the key would stay in the room so the electricity could remain on while we were away. The staff handled this in an uncomfortable, unwelcoming way. The listing said luggage storage after check‑out was available, but on site we were told we could leave our bags near reception while being told repeatedly that the staff was not responsible for them. When we showed the Booking app information, it was not verified and the response felt dismissive. When we returned to collect our luggage, the bags were left unattended and no attention was paid to us, meaning anyone could have taken them. We were ready to book an extra night because of our late flight, an option the receptionist had initially offered, but the overall attitude during check‑out made us decide to leave.

The shower had strong water flow and the shampoo was satisfying; the lobby offered tea, coffee, and the best bread was the pastry with a hot oven. The corner room had some car noise, probably because it was near the road.

“Perfect place to stay in BKK”

The place was very nice and clean, close to a 7‑11, and the staff were excellent. No complaints.

“On the whole pleasant stay because of the staff's helpfulness and clean rooms”

The place was clean and the staff were helpful, but I wish they had Netflix or Prime available. The room slippers could have been better quality, and the breakfast menu was set; it would have been nice to mix and match the options.
