I liked the location. The staff were not at all friendly, most of them had serious faces and answered in a gruff tone; plus the hotel seemed very run down and needed maintenance, with clutter and trash in the common areas on the floor where I stayed.

I loved the personalized service, the staff took our requests seriously and helped the guest with a disability a lot, always ready to support and answer our needs. The hotel’s location is excellent, on the central beach but not noisy like other hotels, a safe place. The floor in some areas isn’t slip‑resistant and my mother slipped; nothing serious happened, but it’s a significant point to consider and an improvement opportunity.
