The location and surroundings are lovely. Whether the weather is good or not, you can spend a lot of time in the beautiful thermal spa. The staff are overall very friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and well equipped. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The adjacent wellness area and the fireplace bar had a pleasant, relaxed vibe. We had nothing to complain about.

Most of the staff were nice, the lake sauna is great, and the location is good. However, the receptionist who greeted us was very unfriendly. The food is okay but not a highlight. Parking costs another 15 to 20 euros per night, which isn’t advertised and isn’t a bargain. Overall, the price/value ratio is rather modest for what you get.
