“Had a truly relaxing time in the hotel. The staff were helpful, and highly professional in the discharge of their jobs.”

The property is clean and situated in a tranquil area, and it’s close to Sheraton Addis. No negatives.

The bedding was good, the TV was large, it was relatively quiet and well‑located, and the free airport shuttle was a plus. However, there were no foot towels after the shower, no hair dryer, and the bathroom quality was lacking.
