I never give a perfect 10 because they assume everything is flawless and then let it slip; that’s why I give a 9 instead of a 10. Everything was super! Location, cleanliness, and the room exceeded my expectations. If I could give a 10 🤪😉

The team was very helpful and attentive, and Alejandro at the restaurant/ breakfast café is very attentive. The water heating, especially for the shower, could be faster. There’s a lot of water waste because it takes a long time to heat.

The rooms were spacious, quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, there were no phone chargers next to the bed.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was great—close to parks, museums, 7‑11, and restaurants. The room faced the main streets and the single‑pane glass didn’t block traffic noise, so it was very loud during rush hour.

The staff were attentive, the hotel and suite were spotless, and the location was convenient. The double‑glazed windows kept the noise away, so I didn’t experience any disturbance. I didn’t get to try the food, but the rooftop bar was beautiful. The only gripe was that the wardrobe handles and drawers were awkward to grasp and open.
