Nice, clean room and great facilities! Very close to Pisa and the sea. A pool would be great with the temperatures.

The farm‑style hotel sits about 3 km outside Pisa, surrounded by a nicely laid‑out garden with paved paths and parking, and even offers spots for motorhomes. A quiet country road runs past the property and leads straight into Pisa, while a bus stop only 0.5 km away lets you reach the city centre without driving, though the lack of sidewalks along that stretch means you need to watch little ones closely. The rooms are spacious, air‑conditioned and decorated in an Italian country style; ours (room 1) was wheelchair‑friendly with level access and a small fridge for drinks, and it was spotless every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us thorough advice for our day trip to Pisa, and you can pay on site in cash or with several cards. Breakfast was a varied Italian buffet and the coffee from the espresso machine was excellent. The downside is that being outside Pisa can be both a blessing and a curse. Both evenings of our two‑night stay the hotel’s annex hosted private events—a wedding one night and an 18th birthday the next—so the on‑site restaurant was closed, forcing us to drive for dinner because the buses stopped at 20:00 and there were no nearby eateries. Guests should know the hotel also rents its space for weddings, corporate parties or birthdays, which brings noise up to 2 am. Standing receptions are held right in front of the hotel, so after a dusty day touring Pisa you may feel stared at by well‑dressed partygoers, which we found uncomfortable. It would help if the hotel and event areas were more separated. When a reception occupies the front, the regular seating is taken over by event guests, and you have to ask for a drink at the bar instead of it being served automatically. Parking suffers the same fate: during events the lot fills up and you can’t find a free spot, which is frustrating after a late dinner. There are still some meadow parking spaces, but reaching them with a packed car from the road is not advisable.

Everything was perfect: the building was gorgeous, spotless, and the quiet surroundings were lovely; the staff member who gave us a bag for breakfast because our flight was at 6 am was incredibly kind, a gesture I truly appreciated. Nothing to complain about.
