I appreciate the privacy and quiet, and the space is generous. The cleanliness could be better, and the karaoke system is awful.

I don't understand how Booking manages things anymore; I lost faith in the platform. I booked at Bách Thanh but was assigned to Anh Vũ, a completely different room category. I paid a 3 million deposit and never got it back.
