Overall everything was fine. We booked a room for three people. The location is very close to the centre, but driving there with Google Maps/Waze was a bit confusing and we needed help from reception. Our room faced the back but still offered a nice mountain view. Breakfast was decent, the staff were friendly, and having parking was definitely a plus. The hotel feels quite traditional and the furniture looks a bit dated. I also found the bathroom towels a little odd, as they were dark and in different colours.

The place was spotless, the location unbeatable, the view stunning, the breakfast great, and they even upgraded me – nothing else to complain about.

Just 50 m from the center of S. Cassiano, the top room had two terraces and a small kitchen with all the gear, the sweet and savory breakfast was excellent, the full spa (sauna, Turkish bath, two hot tubs, kneipp) was superb, and the staff were friendly without being intrusive – for me it feels like a four‑star hotel, nothing negative.
