It was near restaurants. There was no elevator and they wouldn’t place us in a handicap room. I didn’t want to clean one on the 1st floor (no elevator service) with a short housekeeping staff.

The location was convenient, but half the lights didn’t work, the coffee pot was broken, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, half the outlets failed, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the bedding had cigarette burns; despite the advertised breakfast, I only got a stale muffin or a small cookie.

Las instalaciones están nítidas y limpias, pero dos noches consecutivas sin limpieza en las habitaciones; el 7 de agosto me quedé en la 216 todo super, el 8 y 9 me quedé en la 114 y me picaron 16 veces con bichos en la cama; hoy estoy en la 137 y espero que no haya bichos.

Beds felt cozy, but the A/C didn't cool enough for a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom exhaust fan had a strong smoker smell.
