“Хороший отель, но дорого”
The hotel is beautiful and stylish, full of luxurious details, all tasteful. Dinner at the restaurant was simply fantastic; I hadn’t tasted anything this good in years. The spa is good, with a sauna, steam room, thermal pool, warm pool, massage pool, and an ice plunge. The spa shower offers good cosmetics. There’s a separate room for hammam without a steam room. The breakfast in the morning is very varied to suit any taste. The rooms are spacious, and you can sit on the terrace. However, the price/quality ratio is not met because the room is quite ordinary and not very clean. There are no cotton swabs, no napkins, and the minibar is very expensive. We booked the room for our anniversary and expected a compliment, but there was none. In the spa, you can’t book spots, yet they’re all taken by towels, and the staff doesn’t intervene. There’s an overwhelming amount of people, even though we were there on a weekday. The spa locker room fits only a couple of people, so you can’t change comfortably. Nothing is free, even though another hotel in the chain gave a special set for the hammam. There’s no navigation around the hotel; it’s unclear where the cinema or billiards are.
