For the price it was great; the front‑desk staff were very helpful, the location was great, and you could walk to shops.

The location is great, no noise, up on the hill with lovely scenic views. Everything was perfect for a one‑night stay, and it was easy to get in and out with a vehicle. Nothing else; it’s a motel, after all. I stayed on the ground floor, halfway around.

From the moment I walked into reception I was greeted with a smile and a no‑fuss form that was easy and straightforward; I was given my key and directions to my room. The next morning the cleaning staff politely asked if I needed anything topped up or fresh towels, all with smiles. My wife and I are both smokers and there was a convenient smoking area nearby. It was such a pleasant surprise to see happy staff going about their day.
