The place was spotless, but it felt like an old hospital turned hotel; there was a pull‑out in the shower that I thought was for the VMC, which set off an alarm, and the room looked more like a cell with no decoration or warmth—just a place to sleep. The neighbourhood was very dirty with many homeless people, so it seemed like a shelter; the night was noisy with doors slamming in the building, keeping us awake. The shower had a single jet that couldn’t be adjusted, creating a cold and uncomfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was minimal: paper‑cup tea, no bread or chocolate.

The hotel was clean and pretty, and the surroundings were very pleasant. However, it was far from glamorous, and the breakfast was a bit stingy and not very sweet.

The cleanliness was impeccable and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was basic but well served. The only drawback was that it was a little far from the metro and train, although there was a nearby bus stop.
