I never stayed there; I canceled on the same day I was supposed to check in and still haven’t received a refund. Worst experience ever, and I will never book or recommend them to anyone. The manager was very rude and never available, and no one followed up with me. 0/10 recommendations. I never stayed, but the room and the hotel had broken or non‑working items and did not meet my expectations.

The location is good. The rooms were clean, but there were little details that needed attention: the mirror around the closet was rusty and corners on the walls were damaged.
